The Format of the Workshop
This workshop consists of the following components:
(1) Invited working papers: The scholars involved in the IDC Initiative will collectively submit and present 4 working papers that cover various aspects of the IDC Theory. This will serve as a means to prototype the IDC Theory. Authors of each paper will be given 20 minutes for presentation (including Q&A).
(2) Open call for papers: Other researchers or students may submit papers pertaining to the above-stated topics to the workshop, which will be subject to peer reviews. Authors of each accepted paper will be given 20 minutes for presentation (including Q&A).
(4) Open discussion.
Papers of types (1), (2) and (3) will be published in the workshop proceedings.

Final camera-ready version due: 24 September 2015
Paper Submissions
You may submit a long paper (8-10 pages) or a short paper (5-6 pages). Ensure that you have followed the formatting instructions in the “Paper Template File”.
Please submit your paper by email to [email protected], with the subject title “IDC Workshop Paper Submission”.
Each paper will be blind-reviewed by at least 2 reviewers. All accepted papers will appear in one volume of workshop proceedings with ISBN and will be indexed by Elsevier Bibliographic Database.
